Splice-equipped dual-axis fixed unwinding (rewinding) device

A space-saving and cost-effective unwinding (rewinding) device compared to a 2-axis turret type.

This is a two-axis fixed-type unwinding (winding) device equipped with an auto splice function. While the two-axis turret type requires space for rotation, the two-axis fixed type can operate in a space-saving manner. The splicing method uses tape. The splicing methods for the unwinding device can be butt splicing or overlap splicing, and both options are available. The splicing time can be as short as 1 second, allowing for a smaller accumulator. We can propose not only new installations but also replacements for existing lines, so please consider us when contemplating converting an existing single-axis system to a two-axis system.
